Take your Lean skills to the next level with CM-Lean 2.0! Learn advanced strategies to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and strengthen collaboration. This comprehensive program includes practical tools, guided test prep, and an in-person certification exam. Complete 36 hours in-seat plus test prep & test for a total of 44 hours.
