MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Stephen Nichols
CM-Lean Instructor, Project Director
Stephen, owner of A3 CM Services, LLC, brings 30+ years of construction experience and a degree in Construction Management from Northern Michigan University. He’s worked across diverse markets nationwide and collaborated with developers, architects, GCs, and trade partners.
As a national instructor for AGC, Stephen teaches CM Lean, the Supervisory Training Program, and the Project Manager Development Program. He also co-authored the CM Lean 2.0 curriculum (2023) and partners with companies to deliver custom training, from Blueprint Reading to Lean Deployment!
Stephen is often joined by his loyal sidekick, Jud (see photo).
